Sweet Potato Hash Onion Breakfast Bowl Whole30 and Paleo

If you havent tried No Crumbs Left marinated red onions, you really havent lived yet. They add a wonderful flavor to any and every dish they are added to. They compliment the tomatoes and sweet potato has so well in this bowl. They're also featured in my eggs in a nest recipe!

This is another form of a macro bowl - the idea behind a macro bowl is that you can adjust ingredients to fit the macros you are either tracking or intuitively know you may need more or less of that day! For example, I had a hard workout the day before and a hard workout coming up, so I added sweet potatoes to restore muscle glycogen and protein to help with muscle recovery!

Ingredients:
  • No Crumbs Left marinated red onions (make at least 3 hours ahead)
  • 1 small sweet potato (diced)
  • 1/4 red onion (diced)
  • 8-10 constellation tomatoes (halved)
  • Spring mix
  • Everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Avocado oil spray
Steps:
  1. Prep your No Crumbs Left marinated red onions at least 3 hours ahead of time
  2. Slice & dice all of your veggies.
  3. Spray skillet with chosen foods avocado oil spray, add potatoes, onions, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Saute until sweet potatoes are fork tender.
  4. After a few min, start to fry your egg in a separate pan
  5. While hash & egg are cooking start to arrange your bowl!
  6. Add hash and egg to bowl once cooked to your preference!
  7. Sprinkle with hemp hearts, everything seasoning and enjoy!!!
